Commercial Convention 2026: three days to drive our growth together

On March 11, 12, and 13, Inkema held its annual commercial convention, a meeting that brought together different company departments with the aim of analyzing the current state of the sector, sharing knowledge, and strengthening teamwork in preparation for upcoming challenges.

Throughout these days, we combined visits, working sessions, and social moments that helped strengthen relationships among colleagues and continue building a shared vision for Inkema’s future.

Visit to our manufacturing centers

We kicked off the first day with a visit to our two manufacturing centers for sectional industrial doors and high-speed doors in Valencia, where the team had the opportunity to see all production processes firsthand, as well as the latest developments in our facilities.

The day concluded with a group lunch, featuring one of the most representative dishes of local cuisine: an authentic Valencian paella, which provided the perfect setting to share impressions in a relaxed atmosphere.

Commercial meetings, analysis, and future outlook

A significant part of the convention was dedicated to interdepartmental commercial meetings, where results, general information, and updates related to the company’s products and projects were shared.

Time was also set aside to review the past year’s performance and reflect on the sector’s challenges and opportunities. These sessions enabled the exchange of experiences, alignment of objectives, and continued progress toward a shared vision for Inkema’s future.

A barbecue to celebrate team spirit

The convention concluded with a barbecue for all Inkema employees, a moment designed to enjoy together and strengthen team spirit outside the usual work environment.

Amid conversations, laughter, and a relaxed atmosphere, colleagues from different departments had the chance to spend time together, get to know each other better, and celebrate the efforts made over the past year.

This gathering undoubtedly became one of the most special moments of the convention, reminding us that Inkema’s growth is also built through the people who are part of the company.
