Dual SR Scissor Lift Table

The Dual SR dock leveller or lift table is a set of two machines in one, composed of a dock leveller installed on a lift table.

Inkema divides its range of Dual Scissor Lift into two:

• Scissor Lift Table SR with a hydraulic dock leveller with hinged lip. 
• Scissor Lift Table SRB with a hydraulic dock leveller with telescopic lip. 

This combination of systems allows for maximum flexibility in loading and unloading, It can be used simply as a lift table if required, or the lift table can be moved to the level of the loading bay, and the dock leveller can act as an inclined bridge between the loading bay and the lorry.

Two machines in one: The best combination.

The Dual SR lift table + deck leveller with retractable lip is a loading system of two machines in one. Installed in a loading bay, it works by a system drive.

Inkema's Dual SRB Scissor Lift Table is a set of two machines in one, consisting of a dock leveller with 500mm or 1.000mm telescopic lip, installed on a lift table. 

1. 500mm or 1.000mm hydraulic telescopic lip.
2. Dock leveller's hydraulic unit: motor, pump and tank.
3. Dock leveller's lifting cylinder with Ø50mm piston rod.
4. Leveller safety bolts.
5. Safety perimeter foot barrier.

The Dual Scissor Lift Tables have the following safety elements as standard:

• Emergency Stop: Activated by switch or power failure.
• Anti-fall safety valve on hydraulic cylinders in case of hose breakage.
• Safety signalling using adhesives on the moving parts.
• Perimeter safety foot barriers on all tables.
• Safety bar: Prevents the table from closing during maintenance work.
• Safety bolts: Hold the dock leveller still during the loading and/or unloading operation.
