Bumpers

Inkema has a wide range of bumpers with the sole purpose of preventing the collision of the truck against industrial doors or the structures of dock levellers. Bumpers are supplied in pairs.

Façade Flush Steel Bumper - TC01

Galvanised steel and rubber bumper for loading bays with excellent hardness and resistance for intensive load receiving points.

Available in two different heights (430mm or 630mm).

On Lift Steel Bumper - TC02

Steel and rubber bumper of 430x230x90mm for loading bays with excellent hardness and resistance for intensive load receiving points.

Available with two different lifts:
        - 150 mm lift. 
        - 200 mm lift. 

Polyurethane bumper - TC03

Polyurethane bumper of 400x80x70mm for loading bays with excellent hardness and resistance for intensive load receiving points.

Dock Rubber Bumper - TC04

An extended rubber bumper for loading bays with a 10 mm thick steel plate. Excellent hardness and resistance for intensive load receiving points. 

Available in 10 different models:

• TC040001 with logo and 10 mm plate (Standard).
• TC040002 with logo and 10 mm plate + 500 mm extension.
• TC040004 with logo and 10 mm plate + suspended support.
• TC040005 with logo and 10mm plate + wall support.
• TC040006 without logo and 10mm plate.

Steel-Rubber Bumper - TC05

Galvanised steel and rubber bumper of 430x230x90mm for loading bay with excellent hardness and resistance for intensive load receiving points.

Available in 6 different models:

• TC050001 with steel top plate (Standard).
• TC050002 with steel upper plate + extension 500 mm.
• TC050004 with upper steel plate + self-bracketing bracket.
• TC050005 with steel top plate + wall bracket.

Moveable Bumper - TC050007

Adjustable bumper designed for every loading bay, from installations with external or internal cold storage and  vertical loading bridge or dock leveller, to multifunctional loading bays for different vehicles. 

Bumper made without weak points, shaped with  excellent hardness and resistance for loading bays. 

This adjustable bumper for loading bays it allows once the truck is stopped in a loading point to descend up to 130mm its height. This way it can avoid impacts from the truck’s door into the loading bay when the loading or unloading process is happening.
