New logistics depot equipped by INKEMA opening soon.

There are just some few weeks left for the French multinational to inaugurate in the Barcelona Port Logistics Activities Zone (ZAL) a large logistics platform, that will emerge as one of the largest, most modern and automated in the region. The company has invested more than 60 million euros to carry out this project that occupies more than 96,000m2.

The facility, of which INKEMA has been a part in its construction, is entirely devoted to the logistical operations of all your products, applying the most advanced distribution mechanisms, which will allow a fast and efficient delivery of orders in the chain.

Specifically, our company has supplied and installed in this important project 112 dock pods with their respective 500mm telescopic lip dock levellers (RH21), more than 115 sectional doors in different sizes, 112 retractable dock shelters (ABRE), more than 70 fire doors (both vertical and window type), 4 self-repairing high-speed doors (PR13), apart from other loading bay accessories such as automatic truck restraint systems (CS12), traffic lights, bumpers, and wheel guides.

With this great work, INKEMA consolidates its domestic leadership in supply and installation of dock levellers and industrial enclosures for new projects of large logistics depots that are being developed throughout the country.
