Free-standing Frame + Leveller (All in One)

Inkema has developed a standard solution for free-standing frames, dock levellers and isothermal dock houses: the Hydraulic All in One Dock Leveller. A solution tailored to the customer who needs to expand their loading points and does not want to do additional work. All you have to do is decide its placement.

The RH16 All in One Dock Leveller consists of a fully integrated free-standing frame and a hinged lip dock leveller. This solution is designed to ease the process of transport and installation. 

1. 400mm hinged lip claw.
2. Lifting cylinders with interior anti-fall safety valve.
3. Hydraulic equipment: electric motor, hydraulic pump and tank.
4. Toeguards for feet protection and black & yellow safety bands.
5. Metal free-standing frame and dock leveller integrated in a single system.
6. Adjustable legs every 25mm.

Standard dimensions for the RH16 Dock Leveller with hinged lip:

• L 2540 x W 2000 x H 600mm: leveller dimensions when lip is extended.
• L 2400 x W 3400 x H 1200mm: full measurements of the free-standing frame.
• 400mm lip: dimensions of the dock leveller's folding lip.

The RH26 All in One Dock Leveller consist of a fully integrated free-standing frame and a telescopic lip dock leveller.

1. 500mm. telescopic lip claw.
2. Lifting cylinders with interior anti-fall safety valve.
3. Hydraulic equipment: electric motor, hydraulic pump and tank.
4. Toeguards for feet protection and black & yellow safety bands.
5. Metal free-standing frame and dock leveller integrated in a single system.
6. Adjustable legs every 25mm.

• L 2540 x W 2000 x H 600mm: leveller dimensions when lip is extended.
• L 2400 x W 3400 x H 1200mm: full measurements of the free-standing frame.

The RH16 and RH26 All in One Dock Levellers have the following safety features:

• Emergency stop: Activated by switch or power failure
• Fixed and moveable toeguards: prevent feet from being trapped between the platform and the pit.
• Side bands: Help reduce the risk of collisions.
• Safety bar: Prevents it from closing during maintenance.
• Anti-fall safety valves on the hydraulic lifting cylinders.
• Platform with anti-slip tear surface on top.
